Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration up to
2 weeks before the class in order to receive a refund on your fee.
Registration fees are not refundable in the 2 weeks prior to class date,
so choose your classes wisely.
Many instructors have to order supplies and prepare well ahead for classes, as
well as travel from afar to teach, which is why we use that time frame. If
the instructor cancels a class, you will receive a full refund or store credit
for the exact amount. Classes can be cancelled by instructors due to
illness or family emergency, inclement weather, or lack of minimum number of
participants registered. We will contact you prior to class if it is
cancelled, but it never hurts to call the store a few days ahead to confirm.
We also request that you turn off your cell phone during class as to not disrupt
the flow of instruction. Child care is not provided. If you have a
gift certificate to the shop and would like to use it to register, please
include the red number in the upper right hand corner of the certificate for
verification.
