Oilcloth

Modern Mexican oilcloth is printed laminated vinyl-like material.  There is fine cotton netting laminated to back to prevent tearing.
It is shiny and waterproof, and can be wiped dry.  Surface textures may vary from print-to-print.  There are MANY uses for it, including but not limited to:

Tablecloths, Aprons, Lunch bags, Tote bags, Patio furniture cushion covers, Floor mats for sloppy cleaning or craft projects

The company that produces it recommends that it not be used for bibs or other accessories for babies and toddlers.

NOTE:  The inks in the oilcloth are not colorfast.  They WILL fade when exposed to sunlight.  Keeping it in the shade when outdoors will slow that process considerably.  (Remember, our skin also reacts to sun when we are in the shade, from reflected sunlight.  Oilcloth can too.)

48" wide.  When more than 4 yards are ordered, it is rolled on a tube.  We are starting to use some new shipping bags that will eliminate the need to cut through tight shrinkwrap.  Rather than raise the price of the oilcloth, we will add a $2 charge to the actual shipping cost .  If your order doesn't need the new bag, you won't be charged for it.
